Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At LEE NAR, each product is carefully handcrafted and checked before dispatch. Since most of our products are made in limited quantities or on order, we follow a replacement-only policy.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Refunds are only applicable if an order is cancelled within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, the order is processed and only replacement (if eligible) will be provided.

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Size or preference-related concerns

All requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Request Timeline

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Proof Requirement

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Images of the packaging (box and outer packaging)

This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.

Product Condition

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in its original condition

  • Tags (if any) must be intact


Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Natural variations in leather such as marks, grain, or texture differences

  • Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or regular wear

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup

  • The original product must be handed over in proper condition

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the replacement will be processed

Replacement products are dispatched within 5–7 days after successful inspection.

Reverse Shipping

For approved replacement requests, LEE NAR will bear the reverse shipping cost.
