Products
LEE NAR offers premium leather bags, handcrafted in India.
Some products are ready to ship, while most are made on order in limited quantities. This approach allows us to maintain quality and avoid mass production.
Due to the nature of leather:
Natural marks, texture variations, and grain differences are inherent and not considered defects
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price at checkout will be honoured.
Payments
We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported payment options.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
If a payment fails or remains incomplete, the order may be held for up to 24 hours. If payment is not completed within this time, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Orders & Cancellations
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Customer Cancellation
Customers can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing them.
LEE NAR Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
Errors in pricing or product details
Delivery limitations or incorrect shipping information
Operational, technical, or unforeseen issues
Customers will be informed in case of cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and internationally to select countries including France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be provided separately for international orders.
LEE NAR is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier partners
Customs processes for international shipments
Events beyond our control
Delivery will be attempted up to 2 times. If unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the shipment may be returned.
If re-shipping is required due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
International Orders
For international shipments:
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
LEE NAR is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, LEE NAR will not be liable for refunds, returns, or losses incurred.
Returns & Replacements
We offer replacement only, no refunds.
A product is eligible for replacement if:
Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused and in original condition
Original packaging is intact
Valid proof (images or videos) is provided
Requests not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information.
LEE NAR will not be liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product designs, text, branding, and logo, is the property of LEE NAR.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
LEE NAR shall not be held liable for:
